A blend that focuses on the kidney/adrenal axis in the body. The adrenal glands rest on top of the kidneys and produce hormones that regulate mood, drive, and even thoughts. Their function is separated between two main regions: the outer adrenal cortex and the inner/middle adrenal medulla. The adrenal medulla produces the “flight or flight” hormones.
